Tropical Kumquat Cake recipe!
1 1/2 cups chopped kumquats
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (well drained)
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well. Add kumquats, nuts and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool, remove from pan.

1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
350º F. Line bottoms of two 8-inch round cake pans with waxed
paper. Grease and flour pans.
